Late Cancellations & No-Show Appointments Policy

LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS POLICY

  1. Appointment cancellations - a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment is required.

  2. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis by Hine Eagle.

  3. If a client does not show up for their first appointment, one further appointment will be offered. If a client fails to attend both first appointments, Hine Eagle reserves the right to refuse future bookings.

  4. If a client cancels two times in a period of 60 days, regardless of meeting the 24-hour advanced notice requirement and without good reason deemed by the directors of Hine Eagle, Hine Eagle reserves the right to refuse future bookings.
