Late Cancellations and No-Show Appointments Policy
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Exceptions: In special circumstances, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Hine Eagle.
First Appointments: If a client does not attend their first scheduled appointment, one further appointment may be offered. Failure to attend both appointments may result in Hine Eagle declining future bookings.
Repeated Cancellations: If a client cancels two appointments within a 60 day period, even with more than 24 hours’ notice, and without a reason accepted by Hine Eagle’s directors, Hine Eagle reserves the right to refuse further bookings.
