More about our team
Hine Eagle has acted for Bay of Plenty families since 2017. The team is made up of directors, associates, solicitors and legal executives working across family law, criminal defence and conveyancing.
Several of our lawyers are recognised senior Legal Aid providers, and Hine Eagle is one of the few firms in New Zealand offering Legal Aid in both Criminal and Family law. Some of our lawyers also accept assignments from the Ministry of Justice to represent children.
Every lawyer works alongside an assigned legal executive, so there is always someone else who knows your file and can answer a question or pass on a message. You will find who that is on each lawyer's profile.
Our lawyers appear regularly in the Tauranga Family Court and District Court, and in the High Court, Youth Court and Court of Appeal.
