Legal Aid
Hine Eagle is among the few firms in New Zealand offering Legal Aid in both Criminal and Family law. Many of our lawyers are recognised senior Legal Aid providers.
Eligibility depends on more than income. Your circumstances and the type of matter both count. Even if you are over the thresholds you may still be eligible on hardship grounds.
Clear Fees
Conveyancing is charged as a fixed fee so you know the cost before we start. A property purchase is $1,150 + GST plus the bureau fee and disbursements.
Criminal and family work is charged hourly at published rates. SuperGold cardholders receive 5 percent off conveyancing legal fees.
