Available for eligible clients. We can help assess eligibility and apply. You are only able to choose your own lawyer on Legal Aid when your charge is very serious.

$280 to $420 + GST per hour

Parenting, protection, guardianship, Oranga Tamariki and related work.

Enduring Power of Attorney

$250 + GST + Bureau fee + disbursements, if any
