Frances Howley
Frances joined Hine Eagle in 2021 as a Criminal Legal Executive and now practices in Family Law. She graduated with a Law degree from the University of Waikato and was admitted to the bar in August 2024.
She is fluent in both English and Tongan and is passionate about supporting clients from diverse backgrounds with compassion and cultural understanding.
